Every watch is represented with photos, notes, and direct communication before purchase. Return eligibility is confirmed in writing before a sale is finalized.

Before delivery

Ask for additional photos, video, timing details, or condition notes before committing. Jason will walk through the piece with you directly.

After delivery

If something arrives materially different from what was documented, contact Jason immediately so it can be reviewed and resolved.

Final terms

The return terms that apply to the watch, including any window, store-credit eligibility, or international conditions, are provided in writing before payment. Review and accept those terms before completing the purchase.
