Tissot Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

  1. Sponsor. Sperbs Timepieces LLC, 7 North Broad Street, Suite 9, Ridgewood, NJ 07450 ("Sponsor").
  2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and have a public or private Instagram account in good standing. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
  3. Promotion period. Begins when the giveaway post is published on @sperbstimepieces on Friday, October 23, 2026 and ends Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
  4. How to enter. During the Promotion Period, (a) follow @sperbstimepieces on Instagram, (b) like the giveaway post, and (c) leave a comment on the giveaway post tagging one friend. Completing all three steps earns one entry. Each additional comment tagging a different friend earns one additional entry, up to five comments total. Sharing the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tagging @sperbstimepieces earns one additional entry; Sponsor can only count Story shares it can see. Maximum six entries per person. Comments tagging fake, inactive, or giveaway-only accounts, and duplicate tags, will be disqualified. Entries made with automated tools or multiple accounts will be disqualified.
  5. Winner selection. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about Monday, November 2, 2026 using a third-party comment-selection tool. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  6. Winner notification. The winner will be announced on @sperbstimepieces on or about Tuesday, November 3, 2026 and contacted by direct message from @sperbstimepieces only. The winner must respond within 72 hours and confirm they followed the entry steps. If the winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines, an alternate winner will be drawn. Sponsor will never ask for payment, a shipping fee, or a password.
  7. Prize. One (1) new Tissot Chemin des Tourelles Powermatic 80 wristwatch, 39mm, blue dial, stainless steel bracelet, reference T139.807.11.048.00, with manufacturer box and papers. Approximate retail value: $950. No cash alternative or substitution by the winner; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Prize ships only to a US address, insured, signature required. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. Sponsor may request a completed IRS Form W-9 before releasing the prize where required.
  8. Publicity. By entering, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their Instagram handle and first name in connection with announcing the winner, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
  9. General conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs its integrity. Sponsor's decisions are final. By entering, participants release Sponsor and Instagram from any liability arising from participation or the prize.
  10. Instagram disclaimer. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram.
  11. Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
  12. Winner list. To request the name of the winner, email jason@sperbstimepieces.com by December 1, 2026.
